Pete wished to turn his damp cellar into a modern cinema room with an en-suite. In order to open up the small basement spaces two load bearing walls were removed and replaced with RSJs.
Pete’s basement required internal tanking with a single sump pump installation with an aqua channel perimeter drainage system.
A sewage pumping station was also installed for the en-suite.
